Solution Providers [SP] of Business Problems

Scope of services
  1. Identify strategic and operational business challenges through conducting a Strategy & Leadership Workshop of top and senior leadership team members

  2. Help build/ strengthen relevant managerial skills to resolve the challenges; such a Re-skilling/ Up-Skilling process to include a rigorous evaluation of extent of skills acquired by participating managers post completion of the learning process

  3. Help participating managers complete, in Groups of 5 to 8 members, several on-the-job Action Learning Projects [ALPs], defined around the challenges mentioned in [1], duly guided

  4. For building/ strengthening relevant managerial skills to resolve business challenges, take responsibility to offer end-to-end delivery services of any L&D program as approved by the concerned organization; focus is on twin areas of [a] content design linked to the business challenges to be resolved and [b] actual delivery of content

  5. Range of services to be offered by the SP can include [1] strategic and organizational review to specify the business challenges faced in great detail and also developing a set of recommendations to resolve those challenges. In addition, SP will provide all inputs required to roll out the associated L&D Program finalized for capability building and mindset transformation in such areas as: [a] faculty, [b] technology enabled infrastructure [The Next Ideation can make it available to SP], [c] attendance and engagement tracking of participants during each program, [d] examination and evaluation of participants and [e] a Program Report Card, issued several times during the duration of each program, covering all aspects of a program as required the sponsoring organization or L&D department.

  6. Present recommendations to top leadership team [including road-map for implementation]

Scope of services
  1. Offer end-to-end delivery services of any program developed by an organization; focus is on delivery of content and NOT design of content

  2. Range of services to be offered by the DP can include making available one or more of the following: [a] faculty, [b] technology enabled infrastructure [The Next Ideation can make it available to SP], [c] attendance and engagement tracking of participants during each program, [d] examination and evaluation of participants and [e] a Program Report Card, issued several times during the duration of each program, covering all aspects of a program as required the sponsoring organization or L&D department.
